iHOME Marbella is a real estate brand in Marbella, one of the key property markets on the Costa del Sol. The client needed a clear visual identity that could feel trustworthy, recognizable, and premium across different brand touchpoints. Prakhova Studios created a brand identity, logo system, and brand book with practical rules for using the core visual elements. The system helps iHOME Marbella maintain consistency across digital channels, printed materials, and client-facing communications.
iHOME Marbella needed more than a logo. The brand required a complete identity system that could support trust, recognition, and a premium real estate position while remaining practical for daily use across web, social, print, and presentation materials.
Prakhova Studios built the identity around a clean wordmark, compact brand symbol, and warm orange-led palette supported by neutral tones. The brand book defines how to use the logo, icon, typography, colors, small-format versions, monochrome applications, and incorrect-use examples. This gave iHOME Marbella a controlled but flexible visual system for consistent brand communication in real estate.
